                Healthy meal in a hurry? This is an amazingly quick recipe with just a few ingredients that you always have at home. With a pouch of RTE Jasberry rice, mushrooms, onions, parsley and thyme, you can easily create a healthy meal in less than 20 minutes. Ingredients
- pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp parsley, minced
- fresh thyme for garnish
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, cook until starting to brown, put in vegetable broth, mushrooms and cook for a minute.
- Add Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original straight from the pouch then keep stirring constantly, for 30 second, put in parsley, mix well, add salt & pepper to taste. Turn off heat.
- Garnish with fresh thyme then serve. Enjoy!
