Ingredients
- 1 pack Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat up Ready-to-eat Jasberry Rice Original based on packet instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, coconut sugar, and coconut oil together then add in the rice.
- Add the mangoes, oranges, cashews, cilantro, and red onions. Then mix well.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
